Please bring these ideas to that meeting" I am interested in: 1)Tiny, or small homes on the smallest lot size without logistical time delays and challenges of PUDs etc. 2)"park land" requirements. All open public accessible lands should count toward park requirements. This includes trails along waterways, wet lands. A two acre"park"which must be surrounded by same amount of city streets is extravagant waste of our land resources. 3)Parks bounded on three sides by homes still function as public parks, and homes bordering trails, wetlands, open spaces will have higher, taxable, valuations. For tiny or small homes being adjacent to park land, trails is key to community satisfaction. Similar to your Bridger project. 4)Oops, and what is taking so long for that project to get started? I would have thought City would be pulling out all stops for exemplary housing development. Thanks for any guidance.Any one else I should talk to. George, gthompson.bozmt@gmail.com Sent from my iPhone
