21314 419 N 4th NCOA – Project Narrative
The submitted application at 419 N 4th outlines plans to build a detached 2 stall garage, with an upstairs
ADU. This project is on the same parcel as our primary residence. The garage will sit on the SW corner of
our lot and will be approached via the alleyway that connects Villard St and Short St just west of N 4th.
The exterior will be designed to generally match the finishes of our existing home.
