I am concerned with burn permits given to county residents who are surrounded by town. These trash
burns on weekends are causing unhealthy air to get trapped all over town. For example I live on Western Dr
which is also county and someone nearby across W Babcock is still county too and often on weekends they
burn what smells like plastic. This area is surrounded by the town. So the smoke covers the town and
lingers on many a Sat Sun morning.
I would think this would be able to be controlled (stopped) by the city.
