Hi Doug,
I have reached out to the front desk to try to nail down what happened with the fees. I went back and calculated the
2020 fee schedule site plan fees and the breakdown is as follows:
36 units under the 2020 fees (attached fee schedule) breaks down below:
Base $2,278 + (36 x $118) = $6,526
I noticed the stub is only for $4,979.35. Can you confirm if this was by check or credit card or if you have a receipt from
our system with transaction details? Also any correspondence you can dig up would be helpful.
