COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3312
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ESTABLISHING THE COMPOSITION OF THE ZONING
COMMISSION UNDER THE INTERIM MUNICIPAL ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission did, on the 19th day of July 1999, adopt Ordinance
No. 1500, an interim emergency ordinance establishing procedures for the administration of the
municipal zoning ordinance within the city limits; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1500 provides for the establishment of a zoning commission
but does not establish its composition of or requirements for membership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that:
Section 1
Under the interim municipal zoning ordinance, the Zoning Commission shall consist of

staggered terms. Persons of legal age may be appointed to the board. All members must be
residents of the City of Bozeman. Members shall serve without compensation for their time and
services. Meetings of the board shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable rules and
regulations of the City and the adopted bylaws of the board.
Section 2
This resolution shall be in effect coterminous with the interim emergency zoning
ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at
a regular session thereof held on the 16th day of August 1999.
