COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3798
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, RATIFYING THE SALE OF 5600 LOVE LANE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, on October 15, 2002, the City of Bozeman purchased a certain tract of land
generally described as 5600 Love Lane; and
WHEREAS, the property was purchased for the purpose of providing future siting of a waste
transfer station; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission subsequently purchased and designated an alternative site
for said waste transfer station; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission determined that the tract is no longer needed for a municipal
purpose; and
WHEREAS, on April 18 , 2005, the Commission authorized and directed staff to proceed with
the disposition of this tract by sale; and
WHEREAS, title to the subject property has been sold and conveyed to Love Lane, L.L.C., in
a transaction executed by Chris Kukulski, City Manager of the City of Bozeman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that, pursuant to Section 7-8-4201, M.C.A., the sale of that certain tract of land generally
described as 5600 Love Lane by Chris Kukulski, City Manager of the City of Bozeman, to Love Lane,
L.L.C., is hereby ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 2nd day of May, 200 .
