Resolution 3800 Adopt fee tables for Building Division
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3800 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ADOPTING FEE TABLES FOR THE BUILDING DIVISION. WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has maintained a Certified Local Government Program for the enforcement of Building Codes as authorized by 950-60-301 et seq Montana Code Annotated and the associated Administrative Rules of Montana; and WHEREAS, a fee schedule for each building code enforced under the program is required, and permits are to be charged separately from plan review; and WHEREAS, the fee schedule is required to be based on the costs of the program; and WHEREAS, the fee schedule referenced in 15.02.010 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, as amended, has previously been approved by the Building Codes Bureau of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, which is a necessary requirement for the Certified Local Government Program; and WHEREAS, 15.02.010 of the Bozeman Municipal Code specifies that specific fee tables shall be approved by Resolution of the City Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana: Section 1 The Fee Tables A, S, C, and D, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby adopted.
