Nicole,
When I calculate the Cash-in-lieu for this project at $1.72 psf, the amount is $11,238.48. Your application
notes that you will provide your own appraisal? I just want to be sure that is worth your time because the way
this is done according to state law is not super straight-forward. It usually costs me about $2000 to re-up the
City-wide appraisal unless I do it every 6 months. Are you providing your own appraisal because the amount is
too high?
Thanks, Addi

Addi – Did you still want to coordinate a virtual meeting to go through the One 11-2.0 site plan application materials as
they relate to parkland? We received our DRC staff report and noticed that your section just said that your comments
were pending.
Let me know what works best. Thanks!

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for your patience and reminder email. Within the project narrative, the format you used is just fine. I
have also been pretty flexible with the tables depending on the specific project and what the actual proposal
is. Would you be willing to jump on a Virtual Meeting with me to iron this all out for your projects? Do you
have time tomorrow?
Thanks, Addi

Subject: Parkland Tracking Table Requirements
Hey there Addi, hope you are well! I am reaching out on behalf of SMA’s most recent submission of the North Central
Master Site Plan and One 11-2.0 Site Plan applications. Following our Completeness Review with the City, Danielle
Garber mentioned that the parkland tracking tables we submitted do no match what you have required in the past. I am
hoping you can lead us to the correct table so that I can initiate this request with you and your department as part of our
site plan application requirements. Attached are the tracking tables we submitted (and have used in the past) at each
application.
Please point me in the direction of the updated tracking requirements and I will jump on updating our document as soon
as possible.
Thanks!
