I have been searching for rentals for my son, a MSU grad, and his roommate, a MSU masters student,
because they both are working during the day. I am dismayed that there is nothing in Bozeman for the price
that they can afford of $1400 per month for a 2 bedroom. Currently, they could get 5 people together that
all need a place to rent for a 5 bedroom home that is $3500 per month, but we were told there is some
obscure Bozeman city law that 5 people can't rent a place together, unless at least 2 people are related.
That is definitely an obsolete rule that should be changed given the high cost of properties now. Please get
rid of that rule/law immediately. Thank you for your time.
