It is Neo-Traditional in its style, with obvious influence from the residential Craftsman style, though all materials are comtemporary. The building is wood-framed, with a roughly rectangular plan shape and concrete foundation. The roof is front-gabled, with a full-length shed-roofed wall dormer on both the north and south elevations. The roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The exterior walls are sided in horizontal wood siding with wood shingles in the gable front. The front façade faces east onto N Bozeman Ave. The main entry is within a full-width porch with a trussed gable front over the doorway. The porch is supported by wood posts resting on battered stone-faced piers. There is a second entry at the north end of the facade, also within the front porch. A variety of window types and sizes are present and include are modern three-over-one-lite fixed, tinted windows across the façade. There is a large 24-lite window on the first story as well, between the two entries. The north elevation has a secondary entry at the east end, which is accessed by a concrete stoop. West of this entry is a tuck-under single-stall garage with a wood sectional door. The windows on this elevation are a large 32 lite window and, in the shed roofed dormer above, four thrree over one lite windows. The south elevation has single-hung windows with an operable lower sashes. A rear porch is visible. The property is in excellent condition but is modern. However, this building was completed in 2007. It is not historic, does not satisfy Criterion Consideration G, and is therefore recommended not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP.
