Thanks Tim. The proposed pond being 9' from our existing utilities would suffice. I would approve the location of the
pond within the utility easement. Thanks,
Dustin

Hi guys,
Thanks for looking into this. It turns out that the locator missed the utilities along Prince on our lot. Not sure why, but
they did.We got it marked and went back out to take measurements. Here is the final layout. The top of the pond is
almost 9'from the closest dry utility. Please let me know if this is approvable.
Thanks,
Tim

Hi Tim,
There is electric and gas along Prince Dr on the northern easement location that feeds to the lot adjacent to the
west. Those line will need to be surveyed and shown so we can compare to the proposed retention/detention pond
locations.
I'll let Nick answer the question regarding the Tx and service location. Thanks,
Dustin

Hello all,
I am working on a new site plan in Nelson Meadows for Ambient Air Solutions. The City gave us the following comment:
"Storm water facilities may not encroach into the twenty foot utility easement unless written approval is
obtained from all impacted utilities. The applicant must provide documentation of this approval prior to site
plan approval."
At your earliest convenience, please take a look at the attached drawing and let me know if you support the 7'
encroachment of the pond within the 20' utility easement on Prince Lane. The top of pond will be
approximately 9' from the nearest utility.
I have been in communication with Dustin Workman at Northwestern and he has signed off on it. See below.
Thanks,
Tim Staub
