Saturday morning at 6:40 am I was on my way for the Sweet Pea 10K
An empty train was blocking Rouse so I went to the next crossing east, the Storymill/Wallace crossing it was
also blocked by the train
I waited 50 minutes to finally cross the tracks, I am not sure how long the train blocked the tracks...........
Behind me was an ambulance, a nurse o n her way to work at 7:00 at Bozeman Health.
Runners wanting to get to the start of the Sweet Pea run were climbing over the train!!!!
This is a REAL problem for the city concerning emergency vehicles needing to cross the tracks, fire trucks,
ambulances....I was glad I was not experiencing a medical emergency or my house was burning
Please let me know how you plan to address this citywide problem.
