Based on the number provided a TIS is not required for the Midwest Welding site plan application. Please submit this

Hi Tim, based on the ITE numbers for Light Industrial #110 for a 21.7 KSF building, which is probably appropriate for this
land use, we'd get 21.7 * 6.97 = 151 daily trips, 21.7 * 0.70 = 15 AM and 21.7 * 0.63 = 14 PM.
I'm working on Ferguson Farm today and I'm hoping to have it ready today or Monday.
