RE: Westland Lofts Phase 2 Site Plan Application (COB # 18557, C&H#171281).
Dear Danielle,
This letter is to provide a narrative to accompany the Phase 2 Site Plan application of the Westland
Lofts Master Site Plan.
Phase 2 of the Westland Lofts includes 16 dwelling units in 2 buildings, located in Baxter
Meadows Subdivision, Phase 6. The site plan includes on-site parking, pedestrian, stormwater
improvements and landscaping improvements as approved with the Master Site Plan application.
Phase 2 of the project is proposed as approved with the Master Site Plan application. As such,
the applicant would like to formally request a waiver from the concept review process for the
Site Plan application.
