Hi Drew,
The easement along Gallatin Green Boulevard will not be necessary as long as we have a path to feed the site from a
current utility pedestal location. Do you have any plans on how Northwestern Energy is feeding the site?

Hi Jared,
We are putting together a site plan application for Lot 5, Block 14 in Baxter Meadows Subdivision, Phase 6. To satisfy the
city’s block frontage standards we are proposing a building that abuts the street fronting property line, attached is a site
plan for reference. For the application the city is requiring that we get written approval from the all utility companies
confirming that a 10’ utility easement along Gallatin Green Boulevard won’t be necessary. The recorded plat provides a
10’ utility easement along the rear of the property and through the adjacent parks on the north and south sides of the
lot, the plat is also attached for reference. Could you please review the existing utility easements and site plan and if
they are acceptable provide an email confirming that we will not need a 10’ utility easement along Gallatin Green
Boulevard. Let me know if you need anymore information or have any questions. Thanks for the help.
