Drew,
CIL water rights were provided with the plat. A credit of 9.9 AF exists for the parcel which is sufficient to meet the
anticipated water demand for this development. No CILWR are required for the site plan.
Sincerely,
Brian

Hi Brian,
Just following up to see if you’ve had a chance to review CILWR for this project. We were hoping to submit this on
Wednesday. Let us know if you need any more information on our end.
Thanks!
Drew Carter

Subject: CILWR Determination (Concept COB Application #18401)
Hi Brian,
We are putting together another site plan application in Baxter Meadows. The project is located on Lot 5, Block 14 in
Baxter Meadows Phase 6. The project will consist of 26 two-bedroom units, 5 one-bedroom units, and 3,360 gross SF of
commercial use. I believe CILWR was provided for the underlying subdivision. Could you confirm this or let us know if
CILWR are required for this project. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any more information.
Thanks,
Drew Carter, E.I.
