Proposal for Canyon Gate & Annexation Submittal. The presentation by Homebase Partners bound by Story
Mills Rd and Bridger Canyon Dr. Does not address the density (number of doors, i.e., cars). "Public Land"
allotment is way low. Storm water control is marginal. Mixed use here is not supportive of the Legends I & II
subdivisions.
The overall impact is very negative. Strongly request use of more low density housing!!!
