PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular "L '
plan with a hipped roof corner porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an offset front entrance with leaded glass fixed windows and 212
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and
has scalloped shingles in the gable end. The structures rests on a concrete
foundation. The intersecting gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and
features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street with a cross gable behind. The outbuildings include a garage .

A very well preserved example of a vernacular , Queen Anne
style house , this small house , which displays ornate shingle
work , stained glass and a decorative porch , is an important
element in this streetscape of seven small , turn of the
century houses .
In 1927 , a post office clerk , Jeus P . Jensen , was living
here .
