OWNER
The proposed project is to built a new ADU at 1206 S.
Willson. This project is a partnership with Foothold, an
off-site manufactured high performance housing
company recently founded in Bozeman. The ADU has
been designed by Thruline Partners for Foothold to
comply with City of Bozeman ADU guidelines.
The building will be located in the NE corner of the
Owner’s lot, with a new shared access driveway on
South side of the lot. The 576 SF 1 bed, 1 bath ADU
will be placed over a 576 SF two car garage with a
covered exterior stair and entry porch.
