The property in question is surrounded on two sides by property within the City of Bozeman limits, and as a neighborhood, we are wholly surrounded by property within the City of Bozeman limits. We are requesting annexation and connection to city water and sewer services. Per the included Zone Map Amendment application included here, we are requesting R-2 zoning in order to balance the character of the current area with the City of Bozeman growth policy priority of facilitating appropriate density.
