Hi,
I am writing to provide support in favor of encouraging Whole Foods to develop and open a store at the Gallatin
Mall. The Mall has been failing, is an eye sore and we now have an opportunity to recreate a center that will attract
the community and revitalize the area. I have been a Whole Foods customer for over 20 years and have appreciated
the fresh, organic foods, healthy supplements and natural skin care products. The culture at WFM fits perfectly with
the homegrown, family oriented, friendly and sustainable interests of the Bozeman community. There is no where
else in Bozeman to purchase the variety that Whole Foods does. Since they have been purchased by Amazon the
supply has improved and prices decreased (in some cases dramatically).
I do shop at Rosehauers and the Coop and look forward to also shopping at Whole Foods. Having Whole Foods
will prevent the need to order as many things online that are otherwise too difficult or impossible to get in the
existing stores.
We all look forward to having more retail options back in Bozeman as the retail economy recovers. Hopefully it
will be a mix of local and national vendors as it has been in the past.
