Zoning and Planning Committee.
It has been brought to my attention that developer Michael Stewart wants to place a
subdivision of 152 homes with access through Staffanson and Loyal Drive only. I STRONLY
PROTEST ACCESS THROUGH OUR EXISTING LOYAL GARDEN SUBDIVISION THROUGH LOYAL
DRIVE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. The safety and danger of adding approximately 300 vehicles to Loyal Drive.
2. The safety of children living on Loyal Drive and the safety of the many children that
utilize the kids park located at the junction of Loyal Drive and Advance Drive.
3. The increase in traffic both on Loyal and Advance Drive to access Cottonwood and
Huffine through Loyal Garden Subdivision.
4. Homeowners dues help to maintain Loyal Garden subdivision... we do not need to
subsidize another subdivision with their access problems.
S. We do not need Fire Engines and Police Caravans racing down Loyal Drive and Advance
Drive to take care of emergency situations that occur in another subdivision.
I cannot imagine the chaos and disrespect it would generate for the City Commission of having
this proposed subdivision approved with access through Loyal Drive.
