Dear Sarah,
I am the commercial neighbor directly to the south of the proposed Bridger Meadows project, just to
the west of its’ emergency entrance/exit. While I am only here until the end of September I do wish
to express my support for Tom Murphy and the Bridger Meadows Residential Developmen.
My property has been somewhat negatively affected over the years due to uncertainty regarding the
thirty-year old roadway easement squeezed between my property and my neighbor to the east.
However, I am now pleased to see that the development appears to be finally going forward and
the proposed emergency access has been defined and engineered to blend with the surrounding
roadway.
I have recently sold my building and I do believe the prospect of the Bridger Meadows residential
neighborhood and the emergency access design settlement was a contributing factor in my buyer’s
decision to purchase my property.
It is refreshing to see the results of this infill development in what had been a neglected part of
town. The new Story Mill Park, the bike/ hike trail to the mountains, and the upcoming Bridger View
development are all wonderful additions to northeast Bozeman.
I support the Bridger Meadows development and I am hopeful that this item will pass with full
support in the upcoming City Commission meeting.
Sincerely,
Steve Parker
