Dear City of Bozeman Commission,
I am writing this letter in support of the Bridger Meadows Subdivision. The concerns many are voicing
about possible negative ecological impacts are understandable. However, I also understand that the young
people of Bozeman, many of whom are integral members to this community, deserve the opportunity to
make Bozeman home.
Currently, this beautiful piece of Bozeman sits vacant and renders its beauty otherwise unusable. As an
active member of this community, I spend much of my free time enjoying these precious green spaces and
want the absolute best for them. I have also spent a great deal of time working firsthand on many projects
in the area, and have closely watched the impacts on these spaces. I am confident that Bridger Meadows
Subdivision will bring significantly greater use of the natural amenities this site posses, while preserving and
protecting the natural spaces around it.
Lastly, the relaxation of the PUD will make this subdivision more affordable, which is critical for the people
of Bozeman. Without these relaxations, the prices will soar and Bozemans housing crisis will only worsen.
