I live in the Bridger Creek subdivision and frequently enjoy the trails around Bridger Creek, Bozeman Creek and Glen Park. My concern is that when we get a fair amount of snow, their will be little place for it and the snow will get plowed up on the trails. It will also cause more issue for the parking in Bridger Meadows, especially considering the high density of lots on a cul-de-sac, with an extended street length with parking on one side of the street. I am also concerned on how the development of this land will change the water drainage in the spring. I do not see any mention of lot development limits that may change grade for the wetlands in the area. Thank you for reviewing and considering my concerns. I love that we have developed many trails in the area and that our subdivision does their part in providing tails for the public to use, but I do not want future development to damage what the city has felt worth preserving in the past.
