I want to register my strong opposition to this development and my
disappointment at the manner in which rules developed for the common good
are so easily ignored. It seems as though the city is happy to ignore restrictions
that impede any developer building yet more expensive homes. At the same
time, rules continue to restrict building that addresses affordable housing.
Please do the right thing to protect wetlands and give some credibility to the
plans we have spent so much to develop – do not approve this development.
