As a homeowner in Loyal Gardens, I am writing this letter to express my opposition and outrage
over the proposal by Land Equity Partners (Sunrise Homes/Town West) to utilize the roads in
Loyal Gardens as arterials to their planned development.
When I purchased my home at 4887 Victory Street in Loyal Gardens, I was explicitly told that no
such access to future developments would be allowed. If this access is approved by the Clty of
Bozeman, the increased traffic would negatively impact my home value. More importantly, the
increase in traffic would be a significant safety hazard to the community; children and adults
routinely ride their bikes and stroll on and near the streets.
Please do the responsible and right thing for the community by not allowing application #20365
to proceed.
