We are preparing to submit a site plan application for a residential development on the R4 zoned Lots 1 & 2,
Block 5 in the recently platted Boulder Creek Sub. Phase I. The proposed development consists of 42 – 2
bedroom units and we request that the traffic study requirement, per Section 38.41.060.A.12 BMC, be waived
due to the small size of the project and the lot was just recently created in the Boulder Creek Sub. Phase I.
