On behalf of our client,we are submitting for Site Plan review for the"Boulder Creek Apartments",a
phased multi-unit residential development located on Lots 1 &2,Block 5 of the Boulder Creek
Subdivision,Phase I. The proposed project consists of three 3-story buildings with a total of 42 2-bedroom
units.

• Form N 1 —Noticing Material
• Adjacent Property Owner List
• Adjacent Property Owner Stamped and Pre-addressed Envelopes
• Draft Waiver of Right to protest an SID
• Site Lighting and Bike Rack Cut Sheets
• Traffic Study Waiver Request Letter&CIL of Water Rights Calculations
• Storm Water Maintenance Plan
• Storm Water Run-Off Calculations
• Copy of City Erosion Control Plan
• 2 full size and 1 reduced copies of the Civil Site,Landscape Plan and Architectural Drawings
(Building Materials and Colors and Photometric plan are included in the Architectural drawings)
• 2 Digital Copies of Application and Drawings
