For this Boulder Creek Apartments project we are needing to provide a proposed plan of improvements for
improvements in lieu of parkland. ( BMC 38.420.030 and 38.420.080)
Can you let me know what the submittal requirements are and how I can move things forward with the Recreation &
Parks advisory board?
