The building has a concrete foundation and L-shaped plan. At the west end is a single-story wing that contains the primary commercial entrance, which faces west into the parking lot that fills the interior corner of the L-plan. The transecting wing is two-stories and consists of a three-bay service garage with rolling overhead doors. The exterior is composed of concrete and brick veneer with grey brick banded details and diamonds at the building corners. The roof is flat. The primary facade faces west ands supports four bays. The primary entrance is located in the first bay and is accessed via a concrete ramp with a metal railing. Each bay contains single-lite fixed tinted, paired windows with four-lite fixed transoms above. Above each bay is a flat metal awning. The north elevation of the west wing supports two bays and faces E Main Street. Each bay contains a pair of single-lite fixed and tinted windows with a fixed four-lite transom above. Above each bay is a flat metal awning. The east elevation has no fenestration. The south elevation was not visible from the public Right of Way. The west elevation supports a personnel entrance at ground level. There are two, square, louvered vents above. The north elevation has three bays with rolling overhead doors. The bays are labeled "Alignment," "Tires," and "Brakes". The site is in excellent condition. However, it is a modern building. Lambrecht's Auto Sales and Service Garage. The garage was constructed in 1948. The modern commercial building that currently houses Tire-Rama was constructed in 2010 and is not historic. It has not reached the 50-year threshold for consideration as a historic property and does not satisfy Criteria Consideration G (properties that have achieved significance within the past 50 years). Metcalf therefore recommends the property not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP. As such, it has no historic integrity.
