Hello Sarah,
We are writing to you and the committee about your approval to make Birdie Dr./Private Road into a MAIN only
street for the new development of Bridger Meadows . We purchased our condo over ten years ago after reviewing
the plat plans given to us by Golf Course Partners (GCP). It showed our property to be on a private cul de sac.
We strongly object to the approval to make our private street into a public street and increasing the traffic onto
Birdie Dr. We are not against growth and development but, against taking away our PRIVATE cul de sac. If they go
through the commercial side they can have their long street and their private cul de sac.
