Dear Sarah.-
Golf Course Partners is authorized to grant a Public Access and Utility Easement to Bridger Center, LLC
through and across the western portion of the Links condominium development to provide an access to
the proposed Bridger Meadows development.
Golf Course Partners has a signed agreement with Bridger Center, LLC ensuring that this easement will
be recorded prior to final platting of Bridger Meadows. Golf Course Partners was required by the City of
Bozeman to grant an access to the property to the West as a part of their Links Condominium extended
site plan approval. Golf Course Partners is aware that granting of this easement has submitted to the
City of Bozeman a site plan revision to The Links to include the street connection, relocating the western
condominium building, and associated easements.
As an officer of the Corporation and Corporate Secretary I am authorized to represent Golf Course
Partners and have signing authority for this agreement.
