Schedule
The proposed Bridger Meadows Neighborhood project is expected to be implemented in one phase. It
is the applicant’s intent to proceed with construction of the development infrastructure in the spring of
2021, upon completion and approval of the Subdivision application process with the City of Bozeman.
Infrastructure construction would begin in spring and summer of 2021 with an anticipated completion in
fall/winter of 2021.
Homesites will be sold to individual developers, builders, and owners through the open market. Each
homesite would be built on based on the individual schedule. See (09) Affordable Housing Narrative,
(09a) Affordable Housing Plan Applications, & (09b) Affordable Housing R-1 Townhome Example

Parking Requirements
Each R-1 homesite (lot) will generally include a two-car garage and two off street parking spots.
The affordable housing lots are expected to include two parking spots – one exterior off street
parking spot and one garage space.
