Good evening Council members,
I first moved to Bozeman 10 years ago and feel no other option but to leave after receiving a 27% rent increase
today along with my 17 neighbors (mostly students and Pensioners) from Byrd property management. This is a
college town not Aspen, are there no rent controls in place to fend Off such displacement?
