Subject: Hydrological Study
Before the City Commissioners decide on the Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development ofthe Bridger Meadows subdivision a study should be completed on the impact of the severe lossof soakage area on the adjacent homes on Boylan Road. Several homes on Boylan Road closestto the proposed subdivision must use sump pumps to keep their crawl spaces dry. The BridgerMeadows subdivision will definitely impact the current soakage area and ground waterdistribution.
A hydrologist’s report accompanied by the history of flooding of the plat would be prudentbefore the City Commission makes any decision.
