Attention: Sarah Rosenberg and Marty Matsen Subject: Bridger Meadows Application, Preliminary Plat: 20351 & Preliminary PUD 20350 Please review the planned entrance/exit through the private Birdie Drive cul de sac and secondary, or emergency, entrance/exit via Commercial Drive. Note that planned entrance/exit and the emergencyentrance/exit are only 28 yards apart, both are in the south-east corner. As a former fire-fighter thisstrikes me as irregular and poses a danger. Should a fire or major incident occur in this corner of the property residents of Bridger are trapped from exiting and hindered by a narrow road. When we purchased our condo, 2411 Birdie Drive, Unit A in 2019, we were assured that the cul de sacwould be private and that another duplex, 2409 would be built between 2411 (A and B) and 2407(A and B). We were never informed of any agreement between Bridger Meadows and Golf Course Partners that would allow the main entrance to Bridger Meadows to be cut through our private cul de sac.
