Attention Sarah Rosenberg, regarding Application 20350 and 20351. Please add thesecomments to the public commentary on this development application. We are also looking fora response from the City of Bozeman.
Greetings Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to review our thoughts and concerns regarding this matter. Weare writing about the approval from the Planning Committee to make “Birdie Drive/PrivateDrive” into the MAIN and ONLY thorough fare for the new development planning to be builtin the wet lands just west of our little development. We are a beautiful, peaceful and safe littlecul de sac; and we really want to stay that way! That is why we purchased our condo here onBirdie Drive/Private Drive; as did all of our neighbors.
We understand the need to develop and grow. But, dictating a “Private Drive” be made into amain (and only) entrance into a new development in the wet lands (that has been rejectedseveral times in the past) is NOT the way to do it. Please DO NOT approve this, in the bestinterest of your Bozeman residences on Birdie Drive/Private Drive. I believe there was anotheroption to enter through the adjacent commercial development. That entrance would notinterfere with our PEACE AND SAFETY here on Birdie Drive/Private Drive.
