Hi I just read about the development planned for near Glen Lake and Bridger Creek golf course.Didn’t catch the name of the development.I’m sure it’s some cutsy name, like “reserve “ or "rich bastard haven”or “let’s make property prices sore”, or “second home meadows, everyone else stay away" You should make the developer follow the rules as written! They don’t need any special treatment from the city! They will still make a butt load of money. They will sell every unit to rich out of staters. They are driving property costs up for the rest of us. Following the rules will not effect their bottom line. They will ask an inflated price and still get higher offers. You should approve their development. The neighbors are a bunch of NIMBY’s. But again , make the developer follow the rules! Please , don’t cave to them! Thanks for letting me comment. I have lived in Bozeman since 1988, and have owned our modest north side home and have payed taxes since 1990.And lived in Montana for 53 years. The growth has not helped people like my wife and I.
