Hi:
The 268 apt.new development off Huffine is great. The city should somehow push for more apartment
building development as opposed to stand alone housing. Apartments are the way to go for the future -
more density, less environmental impact, more affordable, more sense of community, and so on.
Apartment buildings are the way to go!
Who can afford a $795,000 Bozeman house (dump) these days except the 1% ers
anyway? And then these rich people completely remodel it for another $500,000. We need more
apartments!
