As a home owner in Loyal Gardens, I am writing this letter to express my opposition andoutrage over the proposal by Sunrise Homes/ Town West to utilize the roads in Loyal Gardens
as arterials to their planned development.
When I purchased my home at 4887 Victory Street I was explicitly told that no such access tofuture developments would be allowed. If this access is approved by the City of Bozeman my
home value would be negatively impacted. More importantly, the increase in traffic would bea significant safety hazard to the community; children and adults routinely ride their bikes and
stroll on and near the streets.
Please do the responsible and right thing for the community by not allowing application 20365to proceed.
