I'm writing to express my concern for the development plans of the Town West subdivision. I
have concerns about the proposed plan to use Loyal Dr as an arterial access point for Townwest.
Loyal Drive is a neighborhood street and was never designed to be an arterial entry for other
subdivisions. The street frequently has cars parked on both sides, no painted crosswalks orroadway painting. It is also commonly used for people walking around the neighborhood and
has the only children's park available for miles.
I'd like the city to propose that the Town West subdivision find an alternate route for a mainentry into their neighborhood that doesn't increase the traffic heavily by the only park our kids
have to play at.
