Upon review of the proposed subdivision, zoning, & access points and we would like to summarize our concerns: Loyal Dr is often a 1 way street. The street is used to park vehicles on both sides of the road and is not wide enough for 2 cars to pass through at a time.Loyal Garden's has 3 arterial access points to our subdivision. This new development will be pushing an additional 300+ cars a day through only 1 of those access points.People will always use the closest access point to the major roadway, this is almost exclusively Loyal Dr. The math here just does not add up.Loyal Dr was never built to provide access to the south side of the irrigation canal. That is what south cottonwood and Stucky are for. This new developer should be required toprovide minimally a major access point off of Stucky Rd. We have a community park right where this proposed “connection” will be in LoyalGarden. This is a major concern for those of us who have children that walk to and from this park at all times of day.Lastly, as a resident of Loyal Drive, it is already very hard to turn Northr onto S Cottonwood. A tripling of traffic on our street will force the need for traffic lights, and amajor slowdown in speed on S Cottonwood (currently a 50mph) Thank you for your time. A very concerned resident, J.J.
