Reference Application #20365 Complaint/Objection dated 6/28/2021 From: Frank Geyer, 5803 Staffanson Rd, Bozeman, Mt 59718 The owner of the Lazarewicez property has the right to develop the property. The city annexation rule is a real stretch (annexation of any contingent property to cityproperty). This property is a corner touch to another annexed city property. This would amount to checkerboard city development. This property does not have access to public roads and intends to use the Staffanson Subdivision road to access south Cottonwood road. Staffanson subdivision is low density and has a road thathas forever been maintained by the residents and is not for heavy traffic use. The timing for this subdivision is premature. Currently there is no infrastructure in place for water, sewer and most important transportation. Bringing this infostructuremust not impact our Staffanson roads and access to our properties. I strongly object to the Lazarewicez property development use of our private Staffanson subdivision road. Frank Geyer frankgmt@outlook.com
