Dear Tom,
I am writing in regards to application 20365. I am a resident of Loyal Garden and feel that ifLoyal Dr. becomes a major entry point to the new subdivision, this will increase traffic and be
a danger to the children in the neighborhood. The neighborhood park is on Loyal Dr and thiswould cause a safety concern. The entry point would also increase traffic on Advaced Dr. to
access Loyal Dr., where many children live. Advanced Dr. already has an issue with carsspeeding so increasing the traffic only increases the chances of an accident happening. I hope
that you will consider the concerns of us neighbors in Loyal Garden. Thank you and have awonderful day.
