Box 930, Manhattan, MT 59741, the GRANTOR, does hereby grant, bargain,sell, convey and confinn unto City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana, withoffices at 121 North Rouse Avenue, Bozeman Montana 59715, the GRANTEE, the following describedproperty, in1Gallptin County, Montana, to-wit:
