Dear Bozeman Planning Commision,
I am writing to express my support for the Bridger Meadows residential infill project. I wouldhave liked to have lived in this neighborhood and intended to build there once it was
approved. Unfortunately, the development approval process took so long I could no longerwait. I ended up buying a home in Manhattan because of lack of homesites in Bozeman and
after more than 5 years waiting and hoping for this development to be approved.
In my opinion, the project as designed provides a great balance between natural habitat andinfill housing. The wildlife refuge will ensure a permanent safe haven for wildlife and
waterfowl. Bozeman desperately needs to continue to increase supply of lots and housing,otherwise, only the extremely wealthy will be able to buy or build in the area.
