Hello, My name is Sawyer White and I’m a college student living in Bozeman and attending MSU to be an artist. I am writing this email to tellyou that me and the other college youths that I’ve told about the development being planned involving application 20350, 20351Bridger Meadows. Forgive me if I didn’t state that in a way that is traditional or correct, I haven’t sent many comments like this. I’msure you’ve received emails opposing this already, but I wanted to make you aware that it’s not just long term locals that this isaffecting and upsetting (though their comments are equally important), it’s also people like me. I’ve lived in Montana my entire life butBozeman only became my home in 2019 when I chose MSU to be my undergrad home. This town is one of the most beautiful I’ve everseen, and the way that we incorporate nature in the lay of the land throughout the city is an essential signature of what everyone herestands for. This meadow and area is a habitat for sand hill cranes and other local wildlife. If we continue destroying these areas inBozeman, soon there will be none left and we’ll lose that special zest that makes Bozeman so culturally and visually unique. On a more technical note, there have been a lot of logistical errors not taken into account when coming up with this proposal. I’veattached a few important comments that speak on how this is not only morally questionable project, but an unsafe and illogical one, too. Please take a moment to read through them. We, the people of Bozeman both long term and new blood, young and old, rich and poor, implore you to oppose this development andpreserve the wildlife within city limits with all the power you’ve been given. Preserve and protect, so it can be enjoyed by thegenerations to come. Best of health and happiness, Sawyer White
