Please don't allow vacation rentals in Bozeman. On vrbo this morning there are 426 in Bozeman. Housing
costs are high and having the rentals may mean fewer homes for sale. Also, it would be nice to see more
single family homes/condos and townhouses instead of apartments. Having apartments means fewer
homes people can purchase, and the longer it takes for one to get into the home market, the more it costs
and more people may get priced out of Bozeman.
