Hello members of the city commission. I was excited to learn that Bozeman has received an aid package of
$6m. This is great news for our community! However was upset to learn that the city manager plans to use
this money to fund future city infrastructure. There will always be money for infrastructure, but right now
we are at the tail end of a global pandemic and people need help! This money should be going directly to
meet the needs of the people of bozeman. Just a few things this money could be used for: help people pay
rent, raise wages for essential workers, fund school programs, address healthcare inequity, ect. I urge the
city commission to act in the interest of the people with their vote.
